1. Services Offered

Ttvam Tech offers software development, such as but not restricted to app development and web development, consulting, design, and technological integration like blockchain, cloud computing, and AI. Details of specific projects and deliverables will be covered in separate agreements.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment terms, milestones, and mode will be outlined in a signed agreement before the start of any project.
• Missed payments on time may lead to delayed service or cancellation of the project.
• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

3. Client Obligations

• Provide necessary information, access, and approvals required for the completion of the project.
• Make sure to check for compliance and legality of any information or data transmitted to Ttvam Tech.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of the final deliverables will be determined based on the contract terms.
• Ttvam Tech retains the right to reuse non-specific tools, frameworks, and libraries developed during the project.
• Clients must not share or reuse proprietary materials or software code created by Ttvam Tech without prior written permission.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, data, and intellectual property shared during the project.

6. Warranty and Liability

• Ttvam Tech ensures the deliverables meet the agreed-upon standards and requirements.
• Nonetheless, we are not liable for loss or damage caused by misuse, third-party interactions, or circumstances outside our control.
• Liability is restricted to the amount of payment for services delivered.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice if the terms are violated or if unforeseen circumstances arise.
• Termination before project completion may result in billing for work completed to date.

8. Changes to Terms

Ttvam Tech have all the right to change these Terms and Conditions as per need. Any changes will be communicated to clients.
